Posting on forums for ad space

Looking to get my website out there. It's just a URL shortening service you can see at http://bun.pw

What I'd like to do is offer to post on your forums in exchange for a sticky post or banner advertisement somewhere on your site. If you have a new site and can't even charge people for advertisements yet, this is a fair solution for both of us. You'll get fresh content on your forum and in exchange, I get to advertise my website on yours.
