Hi

I saw an interesting ad here on forum promotion concerning postloop posting service and I would like to know if any here has had some experience with them.

On an otherhand, postloop does not seem to provide localized service ? (i still have the problem to run a french localized forum)

thanks for info.

I have not used them, and probably won't. I hope a professional reviewing business can take a chance to look at it. I am really looking forward to reading about them.

I agree here. There will be too much bias in people's responses, so you really need someone independent of FP and independent of PostLoop to make a decent review.

I just set up a "Success Stories" section in the Postloop support forums yesterday: http://www.postloop.com/community/index ... tories.15/

I imagine you'll start to see more and more reviews posted there and elsewhere with time. We've only been open 4 short months 😉

I've been using it for about three or four months. The biggest concern is you have to keep an eye on the quality of the posts. Since it opened up as a marketplace instead of just a post exchange, you get random people joining and want to make a quick buck so they join forums and pollute them with spammy type posts. If you don't take action on those ones, you can quickly loose all your points to spam posts and not get much value of the service. OTOH, if you cultivate and engage with the quality people using the service, it can be as good as having real members in your forum. It does take some effort, but overall it is well worth it.

Thank you for the honest review, Pete.

If you (or anybody else) has any questions or concerns about low quality posters, let me know. We have quite a few things in place to help you prevent it and recover from it if somebody slips through. Rate, Revoke, and Delete their posts...You'll get your points back, and their account takes a big hit 😉

I had a review I gave to them a little while ago. I still am happy with their service and everything said in my review stays the same.

Postloop worked wonders for me on ChatsX. I ended up needing to buy more points as I already had 50 and they were gone within a week. I suggest you try them out.

I have been using it for around a week now and I think it's a pretty decent service, while I have received some crap posts, Ryan is quick to help you deal with them and I would highly recommend the site to anyone who needs a bit of extra activity to their site! 🙂

I've been on Postloop since January (from looking at Ryan's join date, it appears to have been started in November) and am happy with the service. I will say, though, that if you're a forum owner, be prepared to deal with some of the users who are there to get money and run. Luckily, PL has tools (in addition to just deleting their posts) that help prevent such an occurrence. I'm glad to be a part of Postloop and plan on continuing to use it to boost activity a bit on my forum. 🙂
