Very nice looking forum you have there, you have a lot of forums with no content in them, you need to cut down on the amount of forums you have (possibly more subforums? or just merge them) and put more content (threads and posts) in each one, this way new members will get straight into a discussion 🙂

We have many forum with no content because the engine is not released, when it is released the Need a Job, Recruiting Center, Work In progress, etc will get posts.

He is programming it in Visual Basic 6.

Very interesting forum you have there. I may even check out the Quest Editor! 😀 Anyways, the only improvement you could made is the background color. I think that all the blues are very hard on the eyes. Perhaps you could try changing some of the colors up a bit? One of the reasons people join forums is because of the asthetics.
