First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your banner. I know you didn't want to add 'Forums' under it. You could always add a small description in the banner. Just give a brief caption of what your site is about. For example, I am still confused to whether you are the developers of the Potato2D mmorpg maker, or if you are just a forum about it. If you are the developers you could add "From the developers and owners of the Potato2D MMORPG Creator" or "Potato2D Official Forums".
The navigation bar buttons aren't my favorite. They don't really fit in with your forum's style. You should try having them all the same colors.
Another thing I noticed is the potato.. Kind of looks like feces instead of a potato. You should add some black 'specks' to the potato to make it look a little more like a potato. It is no way disturbing or anything, but it would be better if it looked more like a potato in my opinion.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Well something that I have recently realized is that if you make each category alphabetical it is much more organized. The forums in each category should be alphabetical. If a forum really is important then you should keep it at the top. For example, I alphabetize my categories, but a general discussion forum is always at the top. Same thing for announcements.
"Potato2D Games and Projects". This should be Games and Projects. Why? Because you have a non Potato2D Forum. If you make it Games and Projects then you could keep the non Potato2D forum. It will just make your forum seem more organized and such.
Contests
maybe you can win it?
The rest of your board looks very professional, however the description for your Contests board looks pretty amateur. You should change it to "Participate in a contest here and maybe you can win it all!" or something similar. You don't need to take those words and write them exactly as I said, but try and make it more professional and formal (like the rest of your forum descriptions).

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

We have 16 registered users
Well one pretty cool thing is that you only have 16 members and they have made 546 posts. So you have some frequent posters or each member is posting a little bit here and there.
I was recommended by another user to not post in every single thread. I recommend the same thing to you. However, you should still reply. Get the post count up by yourself! It will get your stats higher. However, you don't want your whole board showing that you were the most recent replier.
The following boards have 0 threads, 0 posts:
Design, Recruiting Center, Active Game
You should definitely start making some new threads in those areas. You could start by posting some informative threads. Some guidelines always help. You could have a disclaimer in Active Game saying that you should only make a thread if your game is ready for the public and it is playable. You opened your forum in the middle of June. Your forum should have more posts than it does right now.
I also noticed that you have NO new posts or threads today. There are no members in your top 20 posters list. That is not a good thing to see!

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
3 moderators.
1 programmer.
2 advertisers.
And I can't find the admin group in the legends (Located at the bottom of your forum).
Anyways 3 moderators is a bit much for a forum of your size. Wait until your site gets bigger to have that many moderators. With your site's activity, you really only need 1 admin, and 1-2 moderators.
However, even though you have a lot of staff your site is on topic in all the places I looked. Nothing is in the wrong place, and I don't see anything inappropriate or illegal there! So that's a huge + right there.

Site looks pretty good overall. Sorry if I was a little harsh, but it will only help you improve your site. This is the second review I have done for you, so I have tried not to say anything that you decided not to change. I did offer other advice for the stuff that should be changed though that you didn't change yet.
I was a little harsh on the picture of the potato. It doesn't look like a potato. I did say it looks like feces, however, that was the closest thing it looked like. It is not disgusting or anything and won't drive your members away. I would make it more detailed if I were you though!
What was most liked about the website/forums:
Forum descriptions, for the most part, are very descriptive and I know exactly what each forum is for. Not a lot of forums do that. So good job on that part!
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
I disliked your statistics the most. It was mostly the stats of the forums that haven't been posted in that I don't like. You should get posting in those (listed above)!
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I don't join anymore sites. I only do exchanges. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to join every site that I review. Sorry! Your forum looks good though and I am sure if users are interested in Potato2D that they will join.
