Forum Pros:
Nice banner, and unique name! I don't really have any clue to if your site is owned by the Potato Engine or if you are just a forum about it, so I got to ask..Why 2D and not 3D? Are the games only 2D?
Nice gradient. I mean it's simple, but at least you didn't choose a background that was just one color! The gradient is the color change in your forum style's background.
Nice buttons you used, they are very nicely shaped and are in all the right places (see cons though).
Forum Cons:
You don't have a real domain name. This is a con of any forum that uses a free service. However, I do realize that many people can't afford a domain name for the amount of money it is per year let alone the hosting for their forum.
Under your banner it says: Potato2D Forums
You should get rid of this and in your banner, under Potato2D you should have 'Forums'.
Get your forum games section off the main page. Make it a sub-forum of Chit Chat. You don't want that section being shown especially if it ever becomes more active than another section.
You have more posts in forum games than any other section! This needs to be changed...As soon as possible!
The buttons (for navigation purposes) are all different colors. However, only a few of them match the colors of your forum's style. You might want to consider changing that.
Final/General Thoughts:
Well most of you activity is in your forum games. You need to encourage members to post elsewhere...Maybe even have prizes or give away gaming hints for users who post the most in the other sections.

I like the set up of it and how if I ever needed to find something there is an appropriate section for it. However, since your site is not very active you may want to remove some sections or merge some sections together.

The overall activity (not very much) was very discouraging to me and I did not like that at all.

Sorry for the low rating, but until your site is somewhat active I have to rate it that low. You have all the right ideas, but you should merge some sections together or make some of them sub-forums. You also need to get some active members and be active yourself. You need to start a lot of new topics in the appropriate forums.
