I've had the site for a few months and only got the forum online today, hopefully i can promote and i'm aiming for 1,000 members within 12 months which is fairly realistic seems though the actual site gets 10,000 uniques a month.

I'm going to be doing some test posts and might actually get it active before i put a live link on my site.

Yea I would definitely get a custom banner and open up the forums a little more with an off-topic section.

Duely noted and will hopefully have both a General Chat and a Banner sorted today.

I agree with what MrJohn has stated but having a bit of a more unique style would also be a good idea.
