  • Meaning, if you want to purchase 3 text links, you may. Or if you want to purchase a text link, two banner rotations, and a side portal ad, and a large portal ad, YOU CAN! As long as the ads are not identical.
• Ads which have a rating of 18+ are prohibited since it is a 13+ forum.
• Links or ads to Pornography, promotion of violence, abuse, or anything illegal in the US is prohibited.
• Flashy ads are allowed EXCEPT in portal ads.
• Small flashy things are allowed in portal ads. Must be approved first.
• Anchor text for text ads must be less than 35 characters.
• All ads must be in HTML format.
• Ads may NOT stretch the tables. You cannot put a 400px image in a 300px space.

Show me where it's a PR3 and I might be interested. Although, A Text Ad (backlink), isn't really an "ad", since there's no image or description, just the name of the forum; and is buried all the way at the bottom of the forum, out of view, basically. The highest I had to pay was $7 for a permanent "BACKLINK" (Text Ad) for a PR5 forum.

True, a backlink isn't technically an ad, but some experts insist they're more important than visual ads in terms of building your PR. But you do get to write a description of the link which will appear when you hover over it.
