Appearance
Your forum has a minimalistic appearance that I like. It's simple, but it still looks nice. However, I think a few improvements could be made. You may want to make a customized logo for your site. The text-heavy header that you have now does little to help your site stand out. I think that it would serve you well to have some kind of unique logo with which users can associate your site. I usually am not a big fan of each forum having an icon, but I think that you've implemented it fairly well on your site. The icons certainly aren't overly large or obnoxious, and they seem to suit your site fairly well.
Overall, I'm a fan of the appearance of your site. I would just work on the header a bit.
Layout
Your site has a very minimalistic layout. I'm not a fan of long indexes, so this is a major plus for me. However, I think that there are a few things missing from your layout that could be added for the sake of your community. First of all, I think that there needs to be a forum in the top category where users can make suggestions for your forum. While suggestions can always be PMed directly to the admin, having a special forum set aside for them will make it clear to users that you value their input. Additionally, you might consider adding a general discussion forum. The people on your forum might occasionally want to chit-chat about topics unrelated to pranking. You may think that it's silly to go to a pranking forum to discuss things unrelated to pranking, but if you have a community that clicks well, the members might find it appealing to discuss topics unrelated to pranks occasionally as well.
First Impressions and Interest
Obviously, the first thing I notice about your site is the small post/member count and the lack of topics in each forum. I understand that your site is new and that you're probably still working on this, but I really think that it's important to have at least a topic or two in every forum before advertising seriously. If users open your site and see empty forums, it may lead them into believing that your site is "dead." One thing that might be helpful to you would be to use post exchanges. While post exchanges shouldn't be used for long term activity by any means, they can give your forum a quick boost in the beginning and fill your forums up with new discussion-worthy topics. This will make your forum look more active to prospective members.
Content
I like the fact that you seem to have a place to discuss every major type of prank that comes to my mind. However, once you get inside the forums, you notice that not a lot of content has been posted yet. I can see that you have a few other members signed up already, so you may want to start some topics to stimulate discussion and content creation. If your forum does not have many topics, then users may be hesitant to sign up. People are sometimes shy to start new topics on their own, and forums without very many topics appear to be inactive.

You seem to have a good start on your appearance and your layout, but you really need to work on creating more content. I would begin by starting as many topics as possible in all your forums.
