Appearance
When first opening your site I was greeted by a nice forum theme with vivid colors that did not hurt the eyes. For some reason, I felt like that was the right theme to use. It just fits that "animated TV show" genre well. No specific reason. I also noted the social network features. You might be too small to have that many social networks already. Maybe start with a Facebook and Twitter and move on from there. However, the way those features are integrated are designed very well. They fit nicely and I love how they move when you hover over them with the cursor. The banner however needs some work. You have a basic banner but everything seems to be blurry or not nice and clear. The text should be changed and since it is transparent, make sure none of the characters you include get cut out. (Flintstone's arm, Peter's arm, and the white hat guy's hat on the top) Also, your login and register buttons could be upgraded too. Maybe put a gradient on them instead of just a plain one color scheme. Overall, the appearance is nice and seems very professionally done.
Layout
The problem when you open a forum like this is, "what do I include?" It is a tough question to ask yourself, but then that is when you know what you will be able to build content on and will bring users to your forum. You have a pretty good range of shows selected. It seems some of your forum descriptions are better written than the rest. That could show more of a liking to one show more than the other. I would definitely try and rewrite all of your forum descriptions just to make them a little bit longer and more professional sounding. Overall, I think you have a good
start here. I think it needs some work, but I am just not sure of the specifics of it. I would just play around with the categories and forums and maybe try to give the site some uniqueness.
First Impressions and Interest
Like I mentioned above, I felt at home when I first opened the site. I used to watch animated shows all of the time, but as I got older I found them less and less funny. So to me there would be no interest in joining a forum such as the one you have provided. However, I believe there are a lot of younger people out online who would love to join a forum such as the one you have created. You have a very good start here and I think you that you have a lot to build on.
Content
Being two days old, I can't really judge your content. What I can suggest is build the bulk of your posts in the TV shows section with enticing information to get users to come in and be excited to post. You can always go on already bigger establish forums and browse through to get ideas for your own site. However, as always being creative is where it is at.

I think you have a very good start here kasem. I am not sure of the demand for forums such as these anymore since the big ones are now established and running for a while. Just try and fix a couple of the things I have mentioned and we should be fine. Best of luck my friend!
