Appearance
The main page of your forum has some really nice touches to it, such as the background and how you have set it up so that the images change. I also think the button on the main page that leads back to the top of the page is a nice touch, as it allows for easy navigation on pages that have lots of content on them. On your forum page, the background kind of blends in with the forum, so I suggest possibly lightening the font so it is easier to see. The Blogs tab leaves something to be desired. It also doesn't really explain what the service you are offering or give much detail about. I would suggest adding a post that explains what you are offering, because some users may not know that.
Layout
The layout of your site is one that really gives a nice simple categorization to the different parts of your site. One of the things i'm not so sure about is how that from the main page, when you click on a link it opens it in a new tab. This may be something you want to change, but it really depends on the individual. All of your separate categories are well organized, but as i said before you may want to make the text a lighter shade so it will be easier to see.
First Impressions and Interest
When i first saw your forum, i noticed that you have an image as your background, instead of using a solid color. I also liked how the images really highlighted and reflected what your forum is about. I also liked how you made the images change on the main page, so users don't have to constantly see the same image. I think the main page and forum page looked good, but the blogs page could use some more color, instead of just the white background.
Content
I think you have a decent amount of content, which gives members plenty of areas to discuss, learn, and interact in. I would suggest actively starting conversations, asking questions, and even debate threads so users have more things to post about. I would also suggest requesting a package, as it increases your post count on your forum. You are a new forum, so it will take some time to get more posts and more active people, but if you just follow what i suggested, then you will have a good amount of posts in no time.
