Ok, to get this started, I must say that your theme has to be the best personal blog theme that I have ever encountered in my digital life. What would normally make a guest turn away from the site is actually what your sites strong point is. At first glance, the site would be thought of as broken because it looks like the scripts and coding is messed up, when in fact, it is what your theme is made from. Your theme has the impression of something you would see when coding a theme which makes it something different then other blogs and other themes. You have also done a fabulous job making the links a different color and standing out to the audience while maintaining the impression of it being all code. You have really gone above and beyond with your sites theme and it really sticks to the readers and really shows the time and effort that has been put into this project. Overall, the appearance of the site is truly fantastic and the theme is truly unique because you won't find this theme on any other site or site which really makes the blog more original. Great work on the appearance and I can't wait to see your site when it is completely finished!
Layout
They layout on your site seems to be working well for you and seems to be very efficient. You have the links different colors then the rest of text which helps bring it out and be more noticeable to the audience. I feel that this is very efficient and could be a great help to the site due to the links working perfectly without showing any issue and you have made great use of the layout without even needing a navigation bar, banner, side bar or anything of the sort. You have made the layout work with just using links and lists as well. Your layout also seems to be very well organized since you have organized each page into specific categories to explain to the audience about what that link is about or where it may lead and it also helps to find links better as well as know which ones are active and which ones are still in progress of being worked on. Overall, the layout of the site seems to be working very well for the site and it seems to make things run smoother on the site as well as keep the site organized and cleaned up. Great work my friend!
First Impressions and Interest
My first impressions when opening your site was sort of misleading. The theme had shocked me and I thought I was given an issue screen about your site so I had tried reloading it and then noticed that it was your theme and there was no mistake or error. Your theme had given me a bit of a shock and it had gotten me interested in your site because it was something that I had never seen before and it really grabbed my attention. I also got an interest in your site once looking around it and viewing some of the pages that you have already created. The organization that has been used in your site really grabbed my attention because you dated announcements and also stated what projects you are apart of and working on and also stated what those sites were about and their progress. Overall, your site has really grabbed my attention and made me get some great interest in your site. Great job and keep it up!
Content
The content on this site is fair for it only being a few days old. Though, I would recommend adding some articles, about 2 or 3 and then continue to work on it. You will want to give the audience something to read when visiting your site and if you don't have anything for them to see then it will just drive them off. Try making a few articles about your self or what you do and help the audience get to know you a bit better. The better the audience knows you, the more they can relate to you and find some common ground between themselves and you and they will want to return to the site more and more for updates and more articles to read. I would try adding another page to help hold all of your articles so that it helps keep the site and layout organized and staying clean. Overall, your content has some work to do but great work on it so far and hope that this all goes well and that you take my suggestion into some consideration.
