Appearance
The theme of your blog is very nice, but it does not really suite the subject. I am not sure on the themes that your host has, but I would look though them and find one that suites your subject better. I do like the font used for the title of your posts. It makes them stand out from the rest of the post and draws the eye right away. the pictures that you add to the posts give it a sense of reading a cookbook. There are a couple pictures that made me almost drool when I saw them because the looked so delicious! You do not have a lot of content in the sidebar, which is not a bad thing. I would suggest adding a couple more sections, though. Maybe the most popular post based on comments or your favorite post from the previous month. This would give your readers an interactive feeling.
Layout
There is not much to really say about the layout. It is pretty straight forward. I would, however, like to see at least one image of the food or product before you explain how to make it. I think that would make your readers want to read on to the recipe even more.
First Impressions and Interest
My first impression was pretty good. You have a clean theme and a good amount of content. Your grammar is what threw me off. Seeing as you are providing recipes to people, I would expect to be presented with instructions in a clear and concise manner. I have a very high interest in your blog as I am always looking for new things to make for meals, and a lot of what you have posted about so far looks really, really good!
Content
As I stated above, grammar is a big turn off for me. If I am going to go and spend the money and time to make something that you have posted, I want to have clear instructions on what to do, how much of each ingredient to add, etc. Right now, some of the recipes that I want to make, I am unsure on what I need and how much of it I need to get. Other then that, your content is great. You include picture with every post of what the food looks like. You have made a new post at least every other day, which shows that that you are interested in the subject.

You have an overall good concept for your blog. There are just a couple things that I feel are standing in your way. One of them is your blogs theme. The other being your grammar. Improve on those two areas and I think that you will have a very exciting blog, at least to me, to read, as a lot people enjoy making new dishes for their families and friends. Best of luck!
