Appearance
The banner of your forum has a nice look to it, the text and background really match each as you used blue and silver. Each topic has a nice sentence or two that contains a good description of what it contains. The pictures next to the topics are also a nice touch. One thing is that the topic title is a little small. I would suggest making it a bit larger so it stands out more. The chat box at the bottom of the web page is also a good addition as it lets members chat casually instead of spamming the forums with large amounts of messages. The colors are well matched as they make the web page simple and easy to read.
Layout
The overall layout of your forum makes it easy for members to find what they are looking for. It's also good that you have your important information first, such as your news feed and support center, then you have your main topics, and finish off with suggestions. You also have 14 topics on the main page which gives users of your forum plenty of areas to post in. Overall your layout is really good and i don't have any suggestions other than maybe adding more topics if you need them.
First Impressions and Interest
When i first saw your site, the banner really caught my attention, especially the font that it had. I liked how clean your forum looked, and how the topics were clearly labeled so i could easily see what your forum had to offer. I liked how you combined a mixture of blue, white, and gray, those colors really fit well together and make for a good forum color. I was interested on the topics your forum contains as they help members with coding, which is really helpful because it gives the people that may not be able to code as well as others a chance to learn how.
Content
There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of content on your site at this time, but if you try and improve the content in your topics, such as making polls, asking questions, and just simple chat threads in general. I would recommend requesting a package for your site, as it increase your post count. Overall you don't have a whole lot of content, but if you try and recruit more members and really get them active, your content will increase significantly.
