Appearance
The banner on your forum is a little bland and boring to be honest. It doesn't grab my attention and doesn't really pop out to the audience in any way. Try adding an image or some sort of effect to the background. Your navigation bar also seems to be blended into the header so it looks a bit unorganized. Try making the navigation bar look a bit more organized and unique so that it doesn't blend in so much with the header of the forum. Your color scheme isn't very unique either. Its all gray and white. Try adding some other colors to grap the attention of others. Overall, your forum's appearance has some work that needs to be done to it. Just take some of my suggestions that I have made for you and take it from there.
Layout
The layout of your forum seems to be fairly good but it could be worked on just a bit. Your seemed to have put a lot of forums in to 1 category and not a lot in another. Try spreading out your forums into different categories to help make your forum look a bit more organized and professional to the audience when they are visiting your site. The navigation bar, as I have already stated, looks like it blends right into the header. Try changing the navigation bar color or design to make it stick out a bit more to the audience and grab their attention when they visit your site. Also try adding more to the navigation bar. Overall, your layout seems ok but try changing it up a bit.
First Impressions and Interest
When I first visited your forum, I was a bit shocked by how basic the theme was. The theme didn't really suit your forum. You are making a technology forum, so try to have a technology based theme. The colors didn't interest me because it was just gray and white. Not very much content to get many people posting and its been running for almost a month. You also only have 6 members so far. You should try to get more members, that way you will get some more posts and threads being made on your forum. Overall, my first impressions of your forum aren't too great to be honest because your forum could have a lot of work done to it.
Content
With your forum almost being 1 month old and only 29 threads and under 100 posts. Your forum shows that it is lacking in content. Try requesting a package or several packages for your forum to get more threads and posts to get your other members a bit more active and participative in the community and help the community grow. You should try adding more threads yourself and try getting your members to start posting more and more. Try making threads about the most recent technology update or release, something that may interest some people and want them to post about it. That way you get more posts for your forum and possibly even more threads. Overall, your content is lacking and you should request a package for your forum to get a few threads or posts on it.
