You have ipb 2.3 which is good but I would get a new skin and logo as you are using the default ones 😀 Your layout is good and you have a decent amount of members so far

A skin isn't actually vital for us just yet, imo. More importantly is offering the support we should be. Although, I guess a logo and some branding might be of benefit. 😀
