I'm the co-founder of this website. I'm in charge of some of the forum rules, roleplay, and fanclubs.
 
This is very impressive website, It's running IPS which I like and it'd very well made. I see that you need to work on your footer links and the main forum page top image is oversize and ,maybe remove it 🙂

I also use ipsfocus themes and if you need any help with anything regarding IPS/plugins and whatnot then PM me 🙂 we can also share our work

I'm owner of precure.ca and might be possible or not sure. I've edited and some added the links in the mega footer. Also, Header image is oversize but I think should to remove but, I have added to media queries for mobile as responsive web-design that display is hidden.

Yes, I used Uniform theme from ipsfocus.com website. I think, so need to improve for the design or anything in the forums like customize etc.

It's an working progress but you will get there 🙂

with pages and CSS you can customize it all yourself, heavy!
