How is the overall look of the forum?
I would rate the overall look of your forum to be a bit on the unsatisfactory side. While the theme is easy on the eyes, it's lacking a unique look to make it stand out better. First off, I did notice a few football related images on the sides in your background. Though since they don't completely cover the background, it looks a bit odd. Most of the background consists of a solid white color that looks strange due to the background image only covering the sides of the forum's background, as seen bellow.
I think the images should be stretched out to fill the entire background to make it look more professional. Besides the background I think the icons used on the default theme need to be edited as well to make the forum look much better. Since this is a Football forum, changing the default icons to footballs or anything else related to the sport can help spice things up a bit. Next adding more content can really make the forum look better as well too. I know your forum is base around a specific niche, which could make it a bit difficult to add more sections to the forum, but even expanding upon the off topic section could help. I've gone over this a bit further later on in the review.
What improvements could be suggested to make it user-friendly, apart from the aesthetics of the site?
To be honest, I believe the forum is pretty user friendly from what I can see. Members and guests can easily search each sub forum for specific content, and it's very easy to locate each section. I don't think any improvements can be made, as MyBB comes packed in with wonderful features for users and staff alike.
Will you join the forum?
Since your forum has a very specific niche I don't know much about, I personally wouldn't join the forum. The off topic section could be expanded on to bring in more members though. Adding a section for video games, or any other forms of media and entertainment would definitely help your forum out. It can be very difficult to find members for a brand new forum, especially one with a very specific niche. With that said I wish you the best of luck with your forum and I hope this questionnaire has helped.
