Hey everyone!

We have just launched our latest project, www.PremiereHost.net

Our plans are just a start, but we will upgrade them as we grow our client database. Since we have just released the site, we would like to hear from you what you think about the site, design, packages, support, etc...

What would you like to see changed on the site?

I love it, it looks very nice! Did you guy's code everything, how big is the team right now ?
 
First of all, request a banner be made from someone here at FP. You need a new one. 😉
 
The design needs a lot of work. You can start by hiring somebody to create a professional logo/banner.
 
I have checked the site and my thoughts were that it would be a good idea to redesign the website and make it look more professional than it is as well as remove the advertise idea.

another good idea would be is to attempt to gain an online chat support with staff. Most hosts these days have online chat staff that aim for 24/7/365 support; this means that your hosting site is being left behind and at a disadvantage.

I believe looking for a better host that supplies more resources for you would be a good idea and add more resources to your packages as they seem to be very odd and low to me; displaying that you do not have as much space to offer.

I would also like to add; expect to loose money for the first few months. Most people won't buy from you if you are just starting off. If you can survive for around 2 months+ things should start rolling in more.

I understand that the design isn't the best out there, but as I have mentioned, it's just a start. Our aim was just to get started and while things are progressing, the admins could re-construct the site and modify it for the better.

Our team is fairly small but we try our best to reply to support tickets as soon as we can. We get notified, especially myself on my iPhone that support is being requested. I usually answer them instantly.
