Appearance
The appearance of your website is very clean. The design from the header to the main block matches and flows together well. Of all of the web hosts that use that theme you make the best use of it. The buttons are clean and easily readable. I would suggest changing the secondary text color on the menu buttons to either a ghost white or darker grey/black. Your banner could use a couple touches as it is kind of blurry. I would suggest dropping the distance of the shadow to 2 or 3 pixels. The grey testimonials box kind of sticks out. There is really no formatting or distinct border that makes it fit with the rest of the site. Your client area needs a lot of work to fit with the rest of the site. Try working with the style sheets to make the default Box Billing look match and flow with your main site.
Layout
You have a great layout. There is very little white space that is wasted. One thing that I would suggest is selling skyscraper ads and place one on either one side of the main content site wide or on both side. Enclose those ads with a table to match the main content table. This is, of course, if you are ok with ads on your website. If not, that's totally understandable. Other then that one suggestion, your layout is very good.
Statistics and Activity
As with any website, there is no statistics or activity to review.
Content
On the home page your content is great. You have why a potential client should choose your company, some testimonials, your plans and what comes with all your plans. Going away from the home page, the content is lacking. Your 'About Us' page is really short and lacks sustenance. I would add information about the founders and administrators if you have a large team. If you have a rather small team you could include the whole team on the page. Also, one grammatical error that I noticed while I was skimming the page is "PremiereHost.net
has been founded" should be changed to "PremiereHost.net
was founded".
Organisation and SEO
Organization is really good. Everything that I need to find as a potential client is easy to find and get to. SEO wise, you are in bad shape. You have been open for over 2 years. Your Google PageRank is 0 and your Alexa rank is 4,767,880 with only 4 sites linking in. At this stage, you should have at least a PageRank of 3 with Alexa rank of at least 3,000,000 and 40 sites linking in. To help improve these rankings try adding your site to web hosting directories and review sites that have do-follow links.

Your site overall is very nice. There are very few cosmetic improvements that I suggested above. Look into expanding your About Us page and improving your SEO. Best of luck with your host. It is a very hard business to be in these days.
