Well I was going to congratulate you on your effort, until I seen the post about it being taken from shutterstock, still its a nice banner nonetheless.

This looks similar to the shutter stock one, but you can tell its been recreated since the sparkles are in different positions than the shutter stock one. The position of the light is also different compared to the one on shutter stock. The ribbon is upside down compared to the shutter stock one. In conclusion this one is definitely not the same graphic from the shutter stock website, its just a great recreation of it.
