Unfortunately no, once you do the initial 10, you'll need to do the 15/m as well. Then each month, you'll only need to do 15.

10 is to request hosting, without those ten your hosting will not be valid. And the 15 is to keep your hosting. So you want to post 10 posts to order hosting and the 15 to keep your hosting for this month and so on.
