Premium Members/Sponsors

I know that a lot of forums offer special perks in hopes of gaining Premium Members/Sponsors in exchange for financial support of some sort from these members.

In your opinion, what are some good perks/incentives for Premium Members/Sponsors? What do you think is a fair price for these "memberships"?
