We have modified the services in which is now a File Search Engine that allows you to search a database from uploading companies all at once, such as RapidShare, MegaUpload etc. Plus we have an online script store as an additional service and many others to come.

I think he meant having both on the main page was a bad idea, one or the other is fine, but both looks a little needy. If it were me, i'd go with another Google Adsense ad where the donate is.
Here's promoting idea for you, join a warez site and look for files that are not illegal (like templates, freeware program, ect) that have been upload. Then, upload them to your site and post the link as a Mirror. Warez sites are often very active, and the members are always looking for new spots to upload to. Just something to think about ;-)
Thank you for the idea of the adsense. I have placed the code below the main content of the site and modified the side ad as well with top and bottom table borders to fill the empty gaps.
Secondly, the site is mirrored by other uploading sites in which we don't host any at all just for legal purposes. Thanks for the compliment for the template, I am hoping to have a new one out VERY shortly.
We are looking to advertising on warez sites, but the traffic at this time is low and looking to keep it that way as we modify more to the code. We have advertised on all major search engines and not a dollar spent on it either.
If you or anyone else has any ideas for exposure besides forum signature links (which we have over 4,000 back links from) then please let us know and will be greatly appreciated.
