First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Taking a look at your forum there is much I can say is good about it, and much I can say could use some work. First off congratulations on achieving a big and active site, not many forums get to such a stage so it’s an effort worth a mention or two. But I’m betting the main reason your asking for this review is to make your forum all that much better, so lets get to it and see what we can find.
O and before I forget for a first impressions I would say your forums don’t look to shabby, a little bland on the theme, and way to many sections on the front page. But no one can argue with how active your forum is, that is a real bonus to your forum.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Ok as I said above your theme could use some work, yes simple themes do work, but for your site a simple blue and white theme is not the best. This is a sport site, if anything your should scream colour and adrenaline. I would suggest making a whole new theme, something with loads more colour and energy into it.
Your layout is good but way to big, you have to many sections just on the main page. It takes ages to scroll down to find what section you’re looking for, and it can become a little confusing to those who are not familiar with your site. I would recommend grouping several sections together, for example take all the forums in the NBA Basketball section, you could put all of them in sub forums under the 1 NBA section or all the football teams under 1 section. This way you can have less on the main forum front page, and in turn make your forums better and easier to navigate.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum’s statistics speak for themselves, there is always a bunch of active users online at anyone time. And with over 300, 000 posts and 1000 members your forum is one alive and buzzing place, and I need not say anymore then that, as frankly what more can I say on this topic.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Checking staff on the site you have a good number of staff for the site, you could easily have more staff aboard. But if your running your board with your current number of staff, then by all means keep it up but if you wish to add more staff I would say by all means go for it. As for how your staff act and behave to others on the forum, I got just one thing to say about that, (Pause for some suspense) great. Yup your heard me you done a nice job with all your staff here, as random checks on the forum show your staff to have nothing but respect for members of the forum, plus they deal with problems in a professional way. It’s really nice to see a forum as big of this has not gone to the dog with staff members who think they are all that, I cant think of anything that you can do to improve an already perfect crew of staff members.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The spelling and grammar on your site looks good, I do see the odd mistake here and there. But it’s nothing to brake a sweat over, if you wanted to check the forums over, but I would not worry to much as only reason I found anything is because I was looking. Minus this I only have one other gripe, that is your forum descriptions as they are just about as bland as it gets. Take the MFL Football Forum and it description as follows - Discuss the latest trades, rumors, news, and anything else related to NFL. Um how can I say this in a simple term, liven them up a bit as bland and boring is what most of your descriptions are.

Final Remarks:
Your site has loads to offer, but if you want to be a real sports forum I would include all sports not just the ones you like.
