I've looked on the php forum but cannot find a fix, has anyone been able to get round this ?

"[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /install/index.php on line 20: include(../includes/functions_mods.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory"

Try adding "functions_mods.php" to the /includes folder 😉

Also just a warning. Auto Mod is known to sometimes cause more problems then it solves. It is by no means perfect at installing mods. Make sure you keep backups so if it does mess up you can easily fix your forum.

cheers to you and Nathan, you guys are brill :great:

Haha that's ok mate. As Fowler stated, automod isn't that good though, so be careful when using it, to me automod creates more problems then it solves 😉

It can be useful if you don't know how to add mods manually but adding them manually is better and if you learn how to add them then it will be alot better in the long run. Knowing how to install mods would also help solve some of the issues the auto mod can cause.

I still can't get it working, It keeps tellingme I have files missing, despite it being an auto install.

I want the Anouncement Centre, tried twice now and failed, so it looks like I shall have to stump up some hard cash to my providers to get them to do it

Like we said, Automod causes more trouble then it does good.
