Problem with adding MODs in custom phpBB style

Dear users of forum promotion,

I have some problems regarding adding MODs in the custom phpBB style of http://www.elitenintendo.com/forum.
When I use the autoMOD to install, the MODs show up in the standard style, but not in the new one. Also, in the future, this custom style will be changed with a professional style, and I still want the MODs to work then. Could anybody give some advice or lend a hand with installing MODs?

You have to apply the prosilver style edits to the same files in your custom style.

That is any edits that say ...........Prosilver/template or

Prosilver/theme

Have to be done to your custom style

I would also advise you to stop using AutoMOD, it's not the best way of installing MODS, because as you add more it will produce "cannot finds" which you will then have to edit yourself anyway
