I have to send out a mass e-mail for my forum, but when I go to the ACP and to system, I can't find anything except "language packs" and "report/denial reasons". I made sure that I am a founder, but it still won't let me see it. Anyone able to help?

The version they have wouldn't make a difference as the mass email feature has been there since the start of phpBB2 atleast.
It is probably because of either performance issues as mentioned a few posts above or probably due to people abusing the feature and sending out alot of spam so by disallowing that feature it would ensure that less of the confirmation emails would be sent to the spam folder because of their servers being blacklisted because of spam being sent.
