Note: This observation is what it seems to be like. However, I'm not trying to directly slander Hostinger. I might have overlooked stuff.

The hosting is highly affordable. Nonetheless, some major things come up. For one thing, the auto-installer (This is a non-cPanel file manager.) doesn't get rid of all/none of the files when you uninstall software; Also, the file manager is tricky because when you extract a zip file, it gives you a new folder, but the targeted folder is still underneath that one! O.K., finally, the auto-installer doesn't seem to delete the database in an uninstall. That has to be done by hand - just as you have to delete old files by hand.

Anyhow, knowing these tricks can save you a lot on hosting. However, they have to be learned the hard way (unless you read this) - and they could annoy people so much - that they'd choose other hosting.

BTW: Hostinger is the paid upgrade of 000webhost (free hosting), so probably the file manger for it is the same.

How much do you pay on average for hosting? I own a DDoS Protected hosting company with cPanel + WHM.

I play around with Hostinger for two sites, but most of my stuff is on a VPS with InMotionHosting.

Anyway, the prices on Hostinger seem highly affordable: https://www.hostinger.com/web-hosting#comparison

O.K. my VPS bill is around $45 a month. On top of that, I run a reseller account on BuyVM.net (paid for by a friend with donations) for $7 a month. Finally, I forgot the bill for shared hosting on Hostinger, but it seemed dirt cheap.

Finally, I'm paying 10 USD a month to Host Gator, unlimited shared, for another project.
