none of you like proboards. alrite, this year proboards is going to update and the staff says it will be superior to any and every forum on the internet, paid or free. im a beta tester and ive seen it and its true. what do you get out of paid hosting, no ads and its layout, well you can pay for no ads on proboards, same thing, youre still paying.

so rite away, you can modify the HTML directly without javascipt or a code, you can change the look of your forum with one line of html which if you were on phpBB or whichever host youd need a coder to modify it and it would take 20 minutes to change it.

anything you want in the mini profile that you can think of you can have, awards, money, likes, thanks, whatever, if you want it just put it in the admin panel, anything youve ever seen on any forum

themes and layouts are easy and simple to add and change and easier than any other than any other forum host

:lol: Sure sure, I guess we'll just have to take your word for it. Opinions are opinions, doesnt make them facts.. Also this type of hype is bad for business, people's expectations get set too high and whatever they see when its done will be a disappointment.

^This. And no matter how good it is, it still is a multihost, and we cannot self host it.

Proboards v5 is a lot better than the current version and it makes it possibly the best FREE forum host. Although it will never overtake anything like Xenforo, myBB or anything like that. It will move forward to be a great free host which is what it needed but it will never be as good as self hosted or paid software's. I am also a beta tester there and the work of what they have done really pulls in into the next stage of development which is what it needed because it was dated. But there is not enough on a free host and there never will be enough to overtake paid or self hosted forums.

It might beat other free hosts like zetaboards and jcink, but saying it will be better then any forum software is just silly.... I do not see Proboards coming anywhere near the awesomeness of lets say SMF,MyBB,IPB, and /or XF.

Um, sure, so it's going to moreover mimic what self-hosted open source software such as MyBB and phpBB have done for years. Righto.
