@ Lee - it's the particular font that is giving me problems, i need to find a replacement for it now because it was one of my favorite fonts 😛
i also spotted the problem while making it but the font was suiting a lot to the double layer effect so i kept it 😛

@ cmt - here's the button - but i am sorry i am not fully awake right now so can;t make a better animation at present. 😛

I like it, but it needs to say Forum Generalization for sure. Also, you put "It's" instead of "Its" again. :lol:

Go with the basic fonts, Arial for example bold it, then bold it again and add dropshadow and possibly bevel and emboss if it is black font. Although I am not sure if you use Gimp and you are limited to these options but great work as per.

naah i have all these options as well in GIMP too and the reason i don't use photoshop is to avoid licensing otherwise i am trained in photoshop :lol:

You can lock transparency on the text layer, then pull on a gradient 😀

@ Karkooshy - thanks and using alpha to selection also gives complete selection of text just like Ctrl + click on thumbnail in photoshop 😉

Okay, still looking for an affiliate banner that is animated that says "Forum Generalization Discussion At Its Best!" for 100 FP$.

i have tried all sorts but "Generalization" is too big to fit in unless it is either broken into two pieces of shrunk down to smaller size than other text and in both cases it looks super ugly.
