What kind of project, product, etc would you consider your "Dream Job?" If you could work for one software company, or one product, what would it be?
I guess right now I'm pretty happy. I mostly write desktop apps, which is relatively easy. A lot better than writing fortran, like some of the people down the street at Northrop. :lol: Sometimes I wonder whether it would be interesting to work at a place like Google or something. I'm thinking no, actually. The stuff I do is overall pretty "cool," but I'm not sure that I really like working on the bleeding edge of stuff like I might at one of those types of companies. Also, since I work at a company which mostly does engineering rather than software, there really isn't a crushing bureaucracy that tells me what exactly to write in the comments of my code comments, and what documents I have to write up every time I add a new class. 😛
