I saw on ad on this on the ad platform here. So is this too good to be true? I mean, you take one test, they see you're good and you're making $100,000 a year?
 
Do you know any details about the test? Maybe its extremely hard?
 
They see your picture. If your ugly, you don't get the job. :arghh:
 
The ad you see is selling itself too much. There are services that basically do a single pre-screening, then give your application to other companies to handle next steps. But you’ll need to do interviews after that basic screening. It’s not a replacement for normal applications, just a supplement to them. You may pass the test but get zero responses from potential employers.
