Looks like a very nice forum however here is a few things i feel you could do to improve:
1) I don't know if you can do this on a forumer forum but it is what i have done here. As you have the same moderators moderating every forum can you just make a user-group and call it global moderators and then put Duffman, Cammaron, Sunny, RoxyGirl82 in to the group select the hiden option for the group set the permissions for the groups so they are moderator of each forum then nothing will up on the index page and it will look much neater. If not then you can just put each of the moderators in to a group and have it as a closed group then select the group to be moderators of each forum then it will just say the group name next to moderators rather the 4 names. Hope this makes sense.
2)Maybe you could make a logo for your forum to make it look better. The more work it that looks to have gone into the making of the forum the more chance people will join. If it looks like a forum has been made in a couple of minutes not many people will join compared to if it looks like hours of work has gone into it.
