Project Idea - Code Support Forum

I recently closed down my forum and I am wondering wether to start (with a partner) a new forum for coding support etc. The idea was to include support for phpBB forums, and other forum software as well including general code support. Just wanted to know peoples thoughts on this idea and if people would benefit from this?

The plus side is also that the response times would be faster than (as an example) phpBB.com itself. The main focus right now is phpBB as I, myself have worked with that the most although if requested, expanding to more softwares would be acceptable. Thoughts?

It's a good idea and I think more sites should be like this. If you do it though, spend a lot of time getting it right and getting lots of content before you open.

I like more sites that cover the same topic, rather than like one site per topic...So yeah, the more sites the better, yet each one is unique in its own way.
