I wouldn't. It is too much trouble when the forum gets big with too much internal crap going on because there is so many staff. There is alot of lying, backstabbing and getting stuck in the middle when it gets big and some people think they are bigger then the forum.

Jak, Not true at all like Fowler said having more staff makes someone not like someone else ect.. It just a long line of basically headaches.

Heh. I had a issue with a admin that didn't like someone. I almost got in the middle of it. But, that's what happens of quite a few forums these days.

Any board can have internal staff issues, not just promotion ones.

It depends on how you run the forum. 🙂 I've seen some promotion forums with very low staff.

The more the staff doesnt mean less work, it is hard to manage 20+ staff members

I am done with advertising forums. It is a bit hard to admit but i think leaving FP is one of the best things i have done. I am now less stressed (on and off the internet), i am enjoying other sites and working on different things other then FP and i am meeting loads of new people. I wouldn't mind being part of it though if i was sat next to you drinking cocktails though 😀
