Update 1 (Replacement staff):
If you need a temporary staff 'cause your forum is new/one of your staff members resigned/or 'cause you got a small staff or 'cause you need more staff at the moment.
The Replacement staff will help out your forum and deal with the problems you wanted them for. The member who requests a replacement staff will have a replacement staff member for 1 week. he can choose what group he should be in and how he can help and what he should do. This will promote your forum alot.
You need 25 posts to request this service.
