First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I really like the look of your header. It grabs you immediatly with the yellow description. The advertising banner at the top of the page also stands out a lot, which is a good way for users to advertise on your forum. The style looks good and isn't used often so it's good to be original. The header gives some colour to it, but as you further scroll down it's becoming a lot of black-grey-white without any
sparkling colour that flares things up. I see that you've also created your own imageset which looks good. The fonttype goes with the one of the header which is excellent. However, you do not use it through out your forum, just on the Board Index and not inside an actuall forum. Try also creating (or requesting) images for those. Something that might also be worth looking at is the Affiliate buttons at the bottom of your page. They're far down to the page in the footer and not centered, while the rest of the board is. It might also be best to put them inside the 'white' of the forum, so it stays as a whole.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
You've a good looking lay out. Starting off with your announcements and rules, which are in a seperate forum which I think is a nice touch. Now you're sure users can not miss and disregard them. You've also split off the 'Free Promoting' section, so it stands out more. I think this will give those particular forums more activity.
As for the "Spam and Test" forum, I think it would be best to move it completely to the bottom of that category as (as the title suggests) will only contain spam. So a forum like "Admin Discussion" should be placed above it. I'm also still doubting about the 'YouTube Center'. It's an original idea, but you also placed a 'YouTube Discussion' forum in it. So you've moved an "Off Topic" forum into a "Promotion" section if you know what I mean.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Well, seeing you had a crash only two weeks ago I think you're statistics are just fine. Most of your members are active and the staff is very active aswell. But what I do think is off, for being established in November last year you still do not have any posts / guidelines in the "Review" and "Signature" settings. Eventhough you had a crash, it's important to get everything ready and running as soon as possible. Some posts in those sections will help a lot.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You currently just have two Staff, including yourself. DCarlo is the only user that is staff, he's a packager. You do not have any moderators or reviewers, which I think is rather stunning after being up for multiple months. Try to get some staff and open up the other sections aswell. As for the content you've currently got, that's being moderatored properly!

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
You've got quite a few spelling mistakes in your Forum Descriptions which might be worth looking at. For example
"If your new here or feel like you want to welcome a member, this is a place to be. Its also to announce your member status such as "Going to trip" and stuff. No goodbye topics! They belong in the pinned topic here." should be:
"If your new here or feel like you want to welcome a member, this is the place to be. It's also to announce your member status such as "Going to trip" and stuff. No goodbye topics! They belong in the pinned topic here." It might also be nice to make the 'here' a link to that specific topic. And in the Marketplace you've:
Have an domain you want to sell for real money? while it should be
a domain. You have more minor spelling mistakes in your Forum Descriptions which can be a turn off.
