I agree with him about locking the board. ForumPromotion does that, what if people don't notice it? I would suggest locking it next time, that would have solved this.

It was for only 3 or 4 days. And an inactive period of the board. I don't know how much plainer it can get. Do i have to put it in 600 size saying packages offline?

Just so you know how to lock a board you just go to where you create the forums and click on the one you want to lock and then there will be a option for next time.

Can we bring the problem to a midway and just settle on something. I watched this post war go on and no one is winning. Just shake hands and call it a day, because, at the end of they day, who really cares? It was a post package. No big deal, you can get them practically anywhere. Lets just put this behind us 🙂
