First Impressions & Appearance
First impressions, your forum looks
really good. I’ve always liked the look of XenForo so your theme looks really nice. I like the box next to your text in your logo, it’s your own original good looking box. The snow looks really good too, if you wanted to take it to the extra step you could have snow dripping down the side. It’s nice to see you using two big colours in web design, blue and green and they both work together really well. Your No Avatar image looks really nice too, so do your mood images! Overall your forum looks really nice, and I couldn’t suggest anything else to make it better.

Site Layout
Your site layout is really good, you’re side bar looks good and isn’t annoying, the colours are pretty good too! You have a good layout in your boards too, they’re not overloaded and they’re not underloaded. You have a good amount of boards; you have gone over a lot of subjects in a short amount of space! It would be pretty cool to see the Latest News a jQuery slider, that can go across and collapse and go smaller because some people may wish to not see it every time they go on the first page.

Statistics and Activity
Your forum has been open for 167 days, your stats are Discussions: 1,262 Messages: 8,523 Members: 466. You’re total posts per day is 51, total threads per day 7 and total members per day is 2. To be honest these stats are a bit disappointing for a forum which has been open for quite a while, but they’re not that bad! All you need to do is just get staff posting new threads and posts and people will follow, though it seems your forum activity has been going up recently, so your stats could be bad because of a bad start. Try exchanges if you find it’s not working to well, but don’t rely on them, otherwise your forum won’t really go anywhere, well it will, but not naturally!

Staff Moderation
I can’t see a staff list, but I can’t see any spam! The staff I can see in the who has visited in the last 48 hours seem to post, but it would be good to see some of them posting more often because they should generally be top posters because staff should make the effort to post as much as staff generally keep forums active. You could try set goals, if they reach them they get some kind of reward, so it makes them post more and your stats also goes up too. I think you could do with one more moderator, generally staff post as much as they can to keep their job and when they do this activity goes up and so does the need for moderation (usually).

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
One good thing is that I can’t notice any spelling errors in your boards at all but one thing I noticed is that some of your staff members seem to generally be posting very short messages and not contributing to the conversation much, just saying for example “I agree” or “wow” isn’t really exciting and won’t generate much discussion from his/her post. It’s good to see the main admin though talks in a professional way and try’s to keep the forum running professionally. The forum actually looks and runs so professionally, it’s hard to believe this forum doesn’t have hundreds and thousands of posts. The community seems so great, most of your members post good content and the main admin is always posting new threads to keep discussion flowing further!
