First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your forum looks nice and active with plenty of activity, and right of the bat that says to me well this place is worth a look if it’s this active. So 2 thumbs up on your activity nicely done, as most new people to your site should find it worth a look if it’s this active. I also like the aqua/blue and green effect for your background and section dividers, looks a treat and is a well done job. On the whole having only a quick first impression of your site, I would be inclined to look deeper into it and join your forums as an active member.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
As I said before your aqua/blue and green background and section dividers looks a treat, but the plain white main section kind of doesn’t hold up its end. I would recon at least a creamy colour, personally and this is just my say, I recon you need more then just plain white.
Your banner up the top could use a little work to, its ok but I recon it could looks a whole lot better. As it’s really only a plain job with one line between all the writing, and the box to the left is a nice touch but you should fix up the writing a bit to make it a little more fancy.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Well I don’t really have to say much here, been open 2 days and nearly 20 members and well over 1000 posts. All I want to know is what’s your secret, how did you get your site so active so fast. Either you have loads of loyal friends or your cheating is all I can think off, but very good job with your sites activity.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Normally I would class your staff as to many for a site this small, but given the nature of your site and how fast it will be growing I think you made a good call with staff numbers. Looking at some of the staff I think I understand why you’re doing so well with your activity, figured out your little secret.
All your staff members seem to act professionally and with good behavior, its nice to see a high level of staff working as a team and on such a professional level. So the only thing I could suggest is maybe hold off promoting anymore staff till you get about 100 members, as you have plenty now to run a large size board.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your spelling and grammar seems to be good all across the forums from topic descriptions to posts made by staff, and all the guides seem to be in top working order as well. I would like to point out that maybe you could change up your topic descriptions a bit, as some of them are a little similar to other promotions sights I have seen, or they are so bland that they are boring to read. I would retype some of them up, so the forums look nice and fresh.

Final Remarks:
I would say your forum is off to a flying start, and all you have to do is keep up the current work your putting in to make is a successful active site. Just fix up the banner and boring topic descriptions, and the site would be even better, well in my view it would be.
