First Impressions & Appearance
Your forum has a lovely deep blue coloured theme, I really like it, I just can't quite put my finger on what I like about it so much. As soon as I look at your forum I can see it is a new forum, there aren't many posts which does slightly put me off wanting to continue browsing, however, I am aware there is nothing you can do about this, apart from advertise more, and it will not effect the score. I would however suggest trying to get your staff to add some more content to boost your members will to post.
You have a nice clear header that is of a good size, the big blue space on the other side makes me wonder a little bit though. You may have plans for this area, but I would like to suggest using it for advertising.
One thing I like about your forum is the fact that there isn't heaps of advertising everywhere. Most forums rely on advertising to make money from their forum but you give me the sense that you are running a forum because you want to, not for money. This makes me want to join your site!
The little house icons are a really good play on the forums name.
Overall I really like the layout and I get a warming and welcoming feel when I visit your site, it is just a little too clean for my taste. I would like to see a little more colour, but apart from that it is good!

Site Layout
You have 6 sections which I find far too much for a forum that is so new. I can understand why you have so many sections and there is nothing wrong with expanding to them later, but for now I would suggest you move them together. Later when you have more posts the layout you have is really good.
I would suggest for a layout right now you add the Community Center as a sub-board on the Announcements category.
Also merge the promotion section into the service section, have a category for Forum promotion and then merge the website and blog promotion with the other promotion.
The services boards are good as they are. However some of them lack guidelines.
The News stand can be added as a sub-board to the Forum Promotion category.
For now I would merge all the Off-Topic categories into one Off-Topic Category.

Statistics and Activity
Your forum has been open for a month. In that time your members have made a total of 415 posts in 146 threads.
We currently have 66 members registered.
These stats aren't that good. It also seems to me that a lot of these posts have been made on a staff board. I would like to see a lot of increased activity on your site. I can see that you are trying by offering a free services week, however, I feel that you should have all your services open before you have such an offer. At this time I feel a posting contest would be better, it would help your forum to get some good content which would encourage visitors to join your site.

Staff Moderation
Currently, you have 2 admins and 1 package team member. Your admins seem to be reasonably active and I don't see any spam, which is positive. Yet, you have a package team member and the package services are closed. I don't see your PT doing much.
I would suggest getting your staff more active and engaged in the community. Right now your focus really needs to be on getting content in your site and your staff need to support you with this.
