Promotion forum creation hates me

If you are starting a forum, you barely need over a 100 MB but 500 MB is good to start with.

The only time I ever contemplate creating my own forum {or anything creative actually} is if there isn't already another forum doing just what I'm looking to do. If there is, I just join that forum. Otherwise I don't see the point. Someone else is already doing it, meaning that if you start doing the same thing they don't have much reason to pick your forum over the other already established one.
I came to manage my current board through sheer circumstance. I joined it just wanting an active game to play in. I soon learnt that it was suffering from mismanagement and would probably crash, maybe soon, if nobody helped with these issues so I applied to be staff. The rest is history.
