Hello guys, I am trying my best to revive my Chat Arena forum, I am willing to spend around £20 on advertising which will get me some decent visitors/registered members..

Is there anywhere that accept £20 to advertise my forum?

You could always get some posts from Postloop or from people selling them at SEOClerks. If you want to get genuine users who aren't just there to be payed, I suggest you look at http://buysellads.com/ and see what sites in your niche have to offer.

Personally I'd suggest using the money on the forum itself, rather than investing it on advertising. You could use if for content like Samalan suggested or perhaps use it to fund a couple of interesting contests.

I think this is the best way forward, try to buy a few active posters, and try to advertise your forum across many promotion forums, and try to add new mods or even change your forum theme.

I would say that invest this amount in content, it would also send some traffic to your website if you have researched some low competitive keywords..
