I have to be blunt

I hate the background and the style.The rotating banner image looks tacky.

Rethink the whole design otherwise this will fail.

I am with Dylan, the background doesn't work out, nor does the theme overall. The banner is way to big and your nav-bar has insects at the end of each side, when has ''Ocean'' in the name. Try getting Jakolim to help you out, he knows design.
Also no unique services.
