First Impressions:
I hate to start off brutual, but this is the first thing I feel and get when I visit your forum. I really don't know where to start regarding the things I don't like that I am seeing. First off, the logo doesn't seem to fit with the purple and it just doesn't look that professional for a promotion forum. But even more so with that not fitting is the issue of the falling leaves, incredibly distracting and it is a bit frustrating when I'm trying to browse the forums. Truth be told, this can frustrate a lot of people and can end up with some leaving, simply because it's a major distraction and while some might say it's unprofessional, I am normally fine with stuff like this if it is out of the way though this is an exception. It's overbearing to say the least. However, the major issue is that I just don't get any other vibe from the forum other than that it seems very basic for a promotion forum based on the layout. I really encourage you to take some time to see how the layout can be improved to move it away from the stagnant promotion forum feel.

Design Quality:
For the theme that you have right now, you have some social media buttons at the button that are not linking to anything, so I'd recommend if you're not planning to have social media pages for you site, for you to remove them. Like I mentioned before, the logo really is a negative component since it doesn't seem to go with the flow for the forum. Even without the flower, the purple glow around the text isn't that professional even if you're going for a more laid back artsy type of feel. For the colors of the theme, I would change the color of the long banner at the top that says Promotion Paradise since the brown stands out right away, though I'd much rather have that button off to the right since it spans the whole way and detracts from the viewing experience. This is more of an aesthetic matter that looks to be within the theme, but you have a random MyBB logo image at the bottom next to the About Us section. I would take that out since you have the copyright at the bottom.

I apologize if this review comes off as very harsh, but I have to provide you with my honest thoughts in order for you to better your forum. In closing this review, I'm taking away a feeling that just seems that the forum was rushed in setup or that the forum just doesn't offer much aside from the standard promotion forum which is what is expected.
