NIce forum its looking good so far but there's one thing It has too many forums for something thats brand new. Cut them down and add them in when activity picks up, cause new members get intimidated

He wasn't embarrassing you in any way, he was voicing his opinion, and I do agree with him, try making some of the boards subbed into some as it is very over crowded and the style is ugly, sorry but I don't like Supernova. It loads very slow also.
Your forum loads so slow. You definitely need to do something about that. You also need a custom banner for your theme and also need to consider removing some boards.
I agree with what the others have said, There are a few too many forums in my opinion, try changing some to subforums or merging a few forums. You could maybe make a new category above general talk, for the Programming Talk, Web Talk and maybe the tutorial section. This would break up your forum a bit and stop the big wall of forums that you currently have.
I like the theme and all, but I'd say 60% of all new phpbb3 forums use it, so it's not original and the fact it's already an overused theme kind of puts me off joining. As someone suggested earlier, Add your own banner, as if you keep the "Supernova" banner it'll feel like you've released the forum too early.

Yes like everyone has already said, there are too many forums for such a little amount of posts.
And you still have the supernova banner which makes it seem like you released the forum too early.
And for your services, you have no guidelines.. no prices, not anything.. It's like you released the forum after you made the categories and you think that people will just join and use it.
