First Impressions & Appearance

When people enter your forum, you should want the guest or the new member to be amazed and have their eyes to be glued to your forum. However I did not have this experience with your forum, I found that your skin is boring and a bit bland, there are hundreds of promotion boards on the web and you should be thinking of making your forum the best good looking forum out there. The skin makes your forum look like a business forum which does not suit your genre. Your banner is also quite boring it is just a logo with your initials and the name of your forum. I would suggest looking for a banner as yours is not very appealing. Right underneath your forum there are advertising spaces as well, these two adverts look really bad especially as one is bright green and it clashes with the colors of your skin, and then the other box is just an empty space which puts off the forum. Then you have another two boxes at the end of your forum, I would get rid of the top two adverts, as it looks really ugly. Your board icons are very generic and also quite boring. Looking at your whole forum together, it just screams lack of imagination. You have at the bottom of the page colors for some teams however some teams are empty, I would suggest removing them until they are full.

Site Layout

You have over 50 boards this is including your sub boards, a lot of the sub boards you could remove and just add prefixes, for example you could use this for the text advertising and the banner jumble, do you need the added and rejected sub board. Do you need a miscellaneous exchange sub board, it has only two posts, you could just put those topics under the exchange board. The ideas board should be just merged with the managing your website board as it only has three topics. I don’t think you need the youtube sub board I think it could fit well into the media board and maybe whe it grows much larger you could reinstate the youtube board. I can already tell that it's a struggle to keep all the boards active. I think you should narrow the off-topic category to two or three boards. Sports could be made a sub-board of General Discussion. Maybe merge the funny room with the general discussion board or just get rid of it, I always find those boards quite empty on forums. I think you should try and narrow down your boards to at least twenty or thirty as at the moment you have way too many boards with very little topics.
Also, you should be more unique on your layout. It's set up exactly like Forum Promotion. However you have unique board titles and board descriptions, but that's the only thing what is different. I know many promotion forums try to be like Forum Promotion and copy things from Forum Promotion and that I can understand that as they want to have an active forum as well. You should still mix up your layout a bit so it doesn't look so much like Forum Promotion's layout. I would suggest changing your layout as some people get quite mad about people using the same layout as Forum Promotion and it could lose your forum future members. I do not like the way you have four boards as ads at the top of your forum you should limit the size to one or two.

Statistics and Activity

17,204 posts in 2,469 threads,843 members. These statistics are good for 5 months and you should keep up the good advertising and your average post count for your members are 20 posts, this is okay, normally you would want it around 50 posts on a promotion forum as the member would normally post a lot to get services such as packages and reviews, and they would advertise their own forum as well which would a cumulate a lot of posts on the forum. You should try and get these members back by contests and interesting topics. Your topics are quite thin in some boards for example the promotion tricks board and technical support, I would suggest making guides to help people out. Otherwise your activity and statistics are quite good just you need to get your old members back and make them start posting, maybe by freshening up your forum.

Staff Moderation

You have 12 staff members this is a good amount to have on a promotion forum, however having 5 moderators is way too much, I would suggest moving some of them to the review team and package team as they need the staff. Even having two admins for that size of a forum is a bit too much unless one does technical work. Some of your staff have under 30 posts, and I find that unacceptable especially when one is a moderator as they are meant to be active around the forum and it looks bad as well when a Team leader has only 20 posts as well. I have to say the shining light in your team is digital, he is doing packages and he has done the last three reviews, what is going on with your RTL, you need to sort that out its unacceptable. If you are having problems with getting packages done maybe you should make them more expensive or reduce the amount of posts in the packages, as you do have 4 package team member so they should be able to get the last four packages done in a timely manner. Two admins post count is also quite nice to see as they are both very large. Digital saved you from a low score in this section as he seems to be doing a very good job of holding the forum up.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism

The only grammar mistake I found was in the news and announcements description “read our rules which is in this forum.” It should say “read our rules which are in this forum”, but that is not that big so don’t worry about it, I found no other spelling and grammar mistake in your descriptions. Both the admins grammar and spelling are good, however I would just remind your staff that you expect good spelling and grammar. Your rules are good and up to scratch, however some of your words are in line with your bullet points I would suggest just using the space bar on them.
- Signatures must be kept under a reasonable size and may not promote any inappropriate sites. 1 Image for members and 2 images for staff. Final Remarks
You need to work on the design a lot, and need to hire more reviewers, while taking hard look at what your staff are doing, eg. For example post count and there actual job.
