First Impressions & Appearance
I’m not too sure about your appearance, the menu bar needs to go to the other side of the page, not just stop in the middle of nowhere, the login and register buttons seem to just be flying around, it would be nice to see them in a good position or with a boarder around them and a slightly different colour background. The banner also looks of quite low quality, doesn’t look very clear, I would suggest fixing that or even a redesign, that wouldn’t hurt. I don’t like the font used in the Threads and Posts part of the main index. It just stands out too much like a sore thumb. Take the bold off of it, or change the font to something which looks good. The Favicon should probably be updated; the background doesn’t suit the forum.

Site Layout
I took a look at your previous review and I agreed with something it said. You shouldn’t dedicate a whole category to advertising, it does look quite random. I think you should also remove the PS Directory, just make it a link in that big orange announcement area. I do though think you have way too many boards in the Business, Marketing and Online Discussion category. You have two Graphic Forums. Why not just merge the two? Seems like this is probably a mistake.
You should think about moving the Managing Your Website board to the top of that category, generally it’s nicer to see the most active board at the top of the category for easy access. Back onto the orange announcement area, I think it should be above your top links, I personally think that’s the best place for it.

Statistics and Activity
You have a grand total of 26 posts per member, which for a forum which has been around for a while, find disappointing, you have a lot of accounts who post once leave, or don’t post at all, it would be best to see you making more threads, it would be good to see you around 5000 threads by early next year because obviously the more threads, the more places for people to reply too.
You have 80 posts per day, which I would expect to see much more, you seem to have a flow of activity, though for the amount of time your forum has been open, I was expecting this to be around 150! 10 threads a day is ok, but once again it would be great to see more.

Staff Moderation
Your moderation needs a lot of improvement in the deleting spam bot accounts, from what I can tell your total member count is high because of these, it’s not great to see spam bot accounts on the forum and would be best to delete them as soon as you can. I can’t see any spam though which is good, so not too bad on this part, but there’s not much else I can say.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
A few spelling and grammar mistakes here and there in your staffs posts which isn’t too bad but isn’t great. Your professionalism is ok, but I just don’t get the feel that the forum is trying to be professional. It just doesn’t feel that way, I think it could have something to do with the theme, I think you need a new one, because this one isn’t doing your forum many favours. I think you really need to review over the boards, they just don’t feel right and it seems there’s to many which doesn’t feel professional. Prehaps hire someone to make you a new board layout, something which looks good and has a good layout. You seem committed to the forum though.
