First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
-The current theme on Promotion Venue is very good. I don't have any beef with the theme. It looks very nice, not too dark, not too light. Coming from as picky a person as me, you have picked a great theme.
-That being said, I am not a huge fan of the banner. It is alright, but I have two problems with it. One, it is pretty boring. A banner should be more than just words. Also, it is off in the corner. I think it would look better closer to the middle.
-Looking around on the forum, one thing that really shocked me was the lack of services. You really only have posting packages, a text/banner ad, and a review service. The only way the forum will have great success is through many services. Think of a new service that no one else has made. That will attract members. Be original.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
-I like the organization for the most part. One plus is that to order a service, you must be linked to the services page for information about all the services. That is a pretty good idea. The short descriptions about the services are perfect. They tell you what you need to know without boring you to death with hours of reading.
-One change I would consider making is the "Services" section. Move the sections "Affiliate Request", "Job Board", and "Gallery" to another place on the forum. They are not services offered by Promotion Venue itself, these are member-to-member services, and I feel they should be separate from the forum's services.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

-By my calculations, so far the forum averages 19 posts per day since opening. That is small, especially for a Promotion forum. Members should be posting a lot, in order to get a high enough post account to request services.
-The average member makes 10 posts. That is also pretty low. I could go sign up and post 10 posts in a few minutes. The forum needs more topics to post in, and new members to talk with.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
-Apart from the two Administrators of the forum, you have no staff. What is the point of having a promotion forum if you have no staff? No staff means no services. Services are HUGE in making a promotion forum, and this kills the forum.
-I think opening the forum without having any staff to carry out services was nothing short of silly. It is just as pointless as opening a forum with no posts or topics. You need to hire staff immediately if the forum is to have any chance of success in the future.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
-Specials - "Promotion Venue will run specials from time to time. Information regarding that will be posted here." Edited to make it two sentences.
-PV Services - "Access our Services page by clicking here." Added an "s" to "Services".
-Gallery - "Have a site you want feedback on or you are just looking to get some visitors? This is the place to go if so!" This is wrong in many ways...change to
"Do you have a site you want feedback on? Are you just looking for visitors? If so, this is the place to go."
-Gaming "Talk about anything related to gaming." Added about to make a proper sentence.

Final Remarks: The forum looks good, but when we get down to details it seems to have many holes in it. First of all, you have no staff. That is unacceptable. Get staff, or don't run a promotion forum. Second, the statistics are pretty low for a promotion forum. Get them up to get new members.
