Your forum didn't meet a part of our guidelines ... but i didn't realize until AFTER i did this review. Which is why you won't like the score, unless you're ok with criticism. New Forums are not a joy to review, because there's not much to go by.
First Impressions - (Out of 20)
Everything just seems all wrong. Making an Ad Forum is easy, but running one successfully, and getting it started are two totally different things.
No activity, and no services being requested, will make most guests just loook the other way.
(6/20)
Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The skin won't appeal to many, just looks like someone took a guess at what they were doing. I'm sorry, but when you compare the skin to other ad forums, this one is just all wrong.
The Boards and categories just mimic too many other ad forums out there, from top to bottom. at least mix it up a little to set it apart.
(8/20)
Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
With over a week of opening, you should have more than just 12 members, considering it's an advertising forum. I'm sorry if i'm being a little harsh, but from what i've seen, i'm not sure you're up for running an advertising forum, unless you make serious changes.
(10/20)
Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I don't see a staff listing or legend in the forum info at the bottom, so i'm gonna go out on a limb and say you probably don't have the required staff you need to run your Ad Forum.
Ok. just checked your member's list, and you have a total of 3 staff members (including you) This is not going to work for you, i promise, unless you make alot of changes
(7/20)
Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
There are some mistakes, like (your/you're) improperlly used, a couple of plural words that need (s, 's) .

Total Score - (45 of 100)
Final Remarks:
Personally, i hate reviewing brand new forums. You should already know what you need to do to get an Advertising Forum, if you've been around them.
We do have a suggestions Board, wouldn't have hurt to started there.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
Maybe the banner, and the fact you do want to do this, but i just don't thing you have what it takes, just my opinion.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The skin and activity, very low staff support
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I usually join all forums i review, but i just don't have any reason to join , until your forum is actually ready for the public.

I can't give credit where it isn't due, i'm sorry. You need to be sure this is what you want to do, and not just because ad forums are popular these days.
Before you say i'm knockin your forum because i review for forum promotion .... i just reviewed a different ad forum just before yours, and it was new, but scored in the high '70's
And, in the future, be sure your forum IS ready for an overall review, before you submit it do get a better score.
thanx, and i really do hope for the best
